Tasha helps clients relieve pain and find balance by integrating eastern and western bodywork modalities. She especially enjoys helping clients resolve persistent neck, back, and hip issues. Her massage and bodywork techniques help clients who suffer from depression, anxiety disorders & chronic illnesses.
She uses Swedish massage to quiet the mind and soften muscles, Trigger Point Release to address pain, dysfunction and muscle knots. Using TuiNa & Acupressure, Tasha applies finger pressure and specialized movements to restore the flow of blood and qi (energy) within the body.
Tasha mentored under Dr.XiPing Zhou, O.M.D., for two years after graduating in 2005 from East West Healing Arts Institute, treating a wide variety of pain-related conditions. Inspired by the effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she has continued her education, for a total of 700 certified hours, in Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Aromatherapy and Energywork.
Tasha is a life-long lover of learning. She is currently studying herb & food healing ways with the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine, Deep Nature Connection with Wild Harvest Nature Connection, and Ancestral Healing with Daniel Foor, PhD of Ancestral Medicine. She lives with her husband and children in Lake Mills, WI where they tend 36 beautiful acres of Ho-Chunk ancestral lands.
