Sarah Klinzing-LeLicensed Massage TherapistLicense # 4139-146
Sarah has studied Eastern, Western, therapeutic, and calming approaches to bodywork. She enjoys blending all she’s learned to support her clients on their wellness journeys. Sarah has worked with professional and recreational athletes and performers throughout her career, as well as business travelers and those with chronic low back pain and migraines. She values holistic healing and loves learning, so she’s always looking to deepen her education to be of better service to her clients.
Sarah is consistently amazed at the ways massage can increase our awareness of our bodies as well as our breath, deepening our relationship with ourselves. She especially enjoys using structural bodywork techniques in the ribcage with her asthmatic clients. She practices Thai massage to help treat stiffness and pain in the hips, low back, and spine. And she values craniosacral therapy for the way it supports the nervous system.
Special populations Sarah has worked with recently include:
- Sales professionals who drive 4+ hours daily
- Headache/migraine sufferers
- Low back pain sufferers
- Recreational golfers and tennis players
- Actors, dancers, singers, rock musicians, orchestral musicians
- Professional and recreational race car drivers
- Business airline travelers
- Marathon runners
She attended UW Milwaukee and earned her BFA in Inter-Arts with a focus on Dance and Theatre. She then moved to Salt Lake City and graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy’s Professional Massage Therapy Program and Master Bodywork Program in 2007. Sarah is board certified by NCBTMB and a licensed massage therapist in both Wisconsin and Illinois. She holds additional certifications as a Reiki Master, Ayurvedic Bodyworker, and is a provider of TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises).
I had the most amazing treatment with Sarah. It’s what I wish all massages were like - I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and balanced.- A. B.
