Molly has been a group fitness instructor since 2019, and a yoga instructor since 2021. She is certified through YogaFit, and enjoys teaching Beginner’s Yoga, Vinyasa, Yogalates, and Restorative Yoga. Molly’s approach to fitness is to make it sustainable and enjoyable. She will encourage you to listen to your body before, during, and after exercise, and to track your progress over months and years rather than days or weeks.

About Molly
Molly started working as a group fitness instructor teaching cycling and yoga classes at Loyola University Chicago where she earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental science. Her interests in environmental health and sustainability translated to her job as a fitness instructor where she focuses on healthy, sustainable exercise.
Molly continued to work as a yoga and cycling instructor in Mammoth Lakes California where she spent a year working as a ski instructor and field biology technician. After moving back to her hometown, Madison, Molly continues to enjoy instructing yoga classes at Resolution Health Collaborative while working as an associate analytical chemist at Eurofins and studying to earn a Personal Training Certification expected in November 2024. In her free time, Molly enjoys biking, running, reading, gardening, cooking and baking, skiing, and traveling.
