Yoga Classes

Alignment Yoga

This class focuses on precise alignment of postures and will help you calm and quiet your mind. Props will be used extensively to help you assume postures based on your physical limitations or challenges. This class helps bring breath and life force into parts of your body that are restricted due to lifestyle or physical challenges. All levels are welcome.

Yin Yoga

This is a mindful and meditative practice that helps quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system. This class focuses on the deep fascia and connective tissue as well as the meridians of the body. All poses are done on the floor and are held for a considerable amount of time to allow the body to open up as you learn to use your breath to relax and surrender.  All levels welcome.

All Levels Yoga

This custom tailored class leads you through a range of sequences based on Vinyasa style. Each class can include movements that enhance your strength, flexibility, balance & concentration in dynamic sequences. Or, this can be a more gentle yoga class, combining breath & movement in a supportive and safe environment. She loves collaborating with the students when they walk in the door to curate a custom class that's specific to the needs of everyone in the room.

Pilates Classes

Mat Pilates

Instructor: Anna

Tone and strengthen your body—especially your abdominals, back and hips—with Mat Pilates. Pilates combines specific movements, stretches, and held poses with intentional focus on breathing and body positioning to strengthen your core muscles. A stronger core is beneficial for scoliosis, improving poor posture, and relieving back and neck pain.

Pilates can help increase your flexibility while also offering joint support to those with hyper mobile joints. You’ll develop better balance, which can help reduce your risk of injury.

Pilates is also helpful for people with anxiety and depression. The focus and connection of breath to movement means you'll often leave class feeling more mentally focused, more mindful, and more resilient to stress. The mind-body-breath connection that pilates encourages you to both calm and energize your body from the inside out.

All-Levels Fitness

This class has it all: TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes and more! By combining strength training and cardio, you’ll sweat hard, see results and have fun. Coach Dakota will check form and provide modifications for anyone. Every class features a new, not-to-be-missed workout to keep you challenged.

Circuit Training

60 min.

This fast-paced 60 minute class will keep you on your toes and leave you wondering how the last hour went by so quickly. Featuring a wide variety of movement and various stations, you’ll move from one exercise to the next with short rest periods built in to catch your breath.

Core Training

30 min.
Instructor: Dakota

There are more ways to train your core muscles than just sit ups. Come to Core Training and find out how. Everyone can benefit from a strong core! It gives you better balance and posture, and helps prevent back injuries.

This 30-minute class will help you burn quarantine snack calories and have you ready for whatever the future holds. Whether that's riding waves at the beach or fighting off hordes of hungry zombies, this class will have you ready.

Personal Training

Personal Training with Anna

Private pilates sessions are an excellent accompaniment to group classes. Anna will customize your Pilates routine based around your past movement experiences, current concerns, and personal goals. Your Pilates exercises may involve the use of props and accessory equipment to challenge and support you. They will equip you with a deeper understanding of your own body that can benefit your everyday movements and awareness.
