Fitness Class Descriptions

Yoga Classes

Yin Yoga

60 minutes

During this class you may hold a yoga pose anywhere from 30 seconds up to 5 minutes. This class will deepen your connection with your body and mind; relaxing the racing thoughts in your head and relieve stress in your body. We will also explore meditation and breathwork practices. As always, listen to your body and take whatever pose your body is asking for to your comfort level.

Vinyasa Yoga

60 minutes

This All-Levels class improves circulation in the body and brings a calming ease to the mind. It's perfect way to end the day after work.
Vinyasa Yoga is creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence.

Yogalates

60 minutes

Yogalates is a yoga class with three mat pilates series including side-leg, core, and glutes. With a yoga warmup, followed by the Pilates series, and a yoga cool down, the class combines strength and stretching for the whole body.

Beginners and all levels are welcome!

This class has it all: TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes and more! By combining strength training and cardio, you’ll sweat hard, see results and have fun. Coach Dakota will check form and provide modifications for anyone. Every class features a new, not-to-be-missed workout to keep you challenged.

Qi Gong

30 min.

Qigong is a meditative practice that emphasizes breathwork, mobility, balance, and coordination. Its graceful, flowing movements are coupled with focused breathwork and mindfulness, creating a harmonious union of body and mind.

Whether you are seeking to improve your physical health, reduce stress levels, or enhance your overall vitality, Qigong offers a path toward holistic well-being and inner harmony. All levels of fitness and abilities are welcome in this inclusive and rejuvenating practice.

Functional Fusion

60 min.

Fusing Fitness and Yoga, this is the best of both worlds for relieving stress, improving mobility, and building strength. The first part of this unique class will be a mix of strength training, a little bit of Pilates, and maybe even some cardio. The second part is slower, to give our bodies the recovery it needs after working hard. This recovery would include variations of yin yoga, meditation, or breathwork practices. Modifications are available to fit your comfort level.

Personal Training

Personal Training with Kari

Private yoga or Personal Training sessions are an excellent accompaniment to group classes. Kari will customize your Yoga or Personal training routine based around your past movement experiences, current concerns, and personal goals. Your exercises may involve the use of props and accessory equipment to challenge and support you. They will equip you with a deeper understanding of your own body that can benefit your everyday movements and awareness.
