Feel Good Foundations (All-Levels, lunch break yoga)

This All-Levels class is aimed at improving circulation in the body and bringing a calming ease to the mind. Excellent for working people who need to feel active during their day, yet want to be able to jump right back into work afterward.

Heart-Opening Hatha

60 minutes

Intermediate energizing class, aimed at deeply stretching and stabilizing the musculoskeletal system. A general class flow might begin with breathing and mindfulness, warming up the body, getting into an energizing flow, cooling down to more deeply held postures, and ending with guided visualization or silence.

All Levels Yoga

60 minutes

This custom tailored class leads you through a range of sequences based on Hatha style. Each class can include movements that enhance your strength, flexibility, balance & concentration in dynamic sequences.

This class has it all: TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes and more! By combining strength training and cardio, you’ll sweat hard, see results and have fun. Coach Dakota will check form and provide modifications for anyone. Every class features a new, not-to-be-missed workout to keep you challenged.

Circuit Training

This fast-paced 60 minute class will keep you on your toes and leave you wondering how the last hour went by so quickly. Featuring a wide variety of movement and various stations, you’ll move from one exercise to the next with short rest periods built in to catch your breath.

Core Training

30 min.

There are more ways to train your core muscles than just sit ups. Come to Core Training and find out how. Everyone can benefit from a strong core! It gives you better balance and posture, and helps prevent back injuries.

Personal Training

Personal Training with Lauren

Private yoga sessions are an excellent accompaniment to group classes. Lauren will customize your Yoga routine based around your past movement experiences, current concerns, and personal goals. Your Yoga exercises may involve the use of props and accessory equipment to challenge and support you. They will equip you with a deeper understanding of your own body that can benefit your everyday movements and awareness.

Shannon's goal is to make sure those who work with him leave feeling accomplished and smiling. His experience with a variety of fitness forms allows you the opportunity to connect with the type of fitness practice that will draw you back to the gym. He includes nutritional counseling in his sessions so you can get the most out of your personal training.
