Our Approach

We believe that the human body is capable of incredible healing and sustained vitality with the right support and care. We address a variety of health concerns, and treat clients from a variety of ages and backgrounds who share this belief.

Our team of highly skilled practitioners are committed to helping you resolve your aches and pains so you can live a fuller, more active life. With ongoing support, we act as your partner to promote and maintain your health and well-being.

For Your Health

During your massage and after, our hope is that you gain more awareness of the natural healing process your body is going through. With this in mind, we may make suggestions to support your continued health, such as stretches, improving your posture while you sit at your desk, or simple changes in your product or dietary choices.

Our Story

Est. 2010

Where It All Began
Andrea Keapproth, LMT began Resolution Therapeutic Massage in 2010 in Cottage Grove, WI to provide tailored massages that relieve clients’ acute and chronic pain. Andrea immediately appreciated both the rehabilitative potential of massage and the myriad benefits offered to clients by a practice with integrative therapies. She started her own practice to escape the “spa model” of massage and establish an evidence-based model focused on deeply improving the well-being of her clients.

FALL 2012
Recognizing a need for massage in the Downtown Madison neighborhood, Andrea moved Resolution into a two-room office on University Ave.

MARCH 2015
As demand for her services grew, Andrea expanded further, and moved to 433 W. Washington Ave, near the Capitol Square. At the time of this move, she hired two additional massage therapists and administrative staff.

AUGUST 2018
To offer additional services, like acupuncture and nutritional counseling, and to better meet the needs of our clients, Resolution moved to a larger, newly renovated location at 345 W. Washington Avenue. Resolution Massage changed its name to Resolution Health Collaborative, Inc. offering multiple services to achieve the same goal: our clients' health and well-being.

CURRENT
Resolution continues to grow, with plans to stay in Downtown Madison.
