Damien enjoys working with clients who want support managing chronic pain/illness, and seeks
to build a relaxing, comfortable space where their clients can decompress and attune to their body’s needs. Their areas of specialty are IT Band/knee issues, rotator cuff and shoulder injuries, and neck-related problems or tension.

About Damien

Damien (they/them) is from the Madison area but attended the New Hampshire Institute for
Therapeutic Arts in 2021 while living on the east coast for nearly a decade. They subsequently instructed the Anatomy & Physiology courses at the very same massage school the following year, in addition to developing curriculum to facilitate a more proactive consent-based approach to bodywork. They not only discovered a love for massage but a true passion for teaching, which can be felt in their massage practice with clients who seek a deeper understanding of the body and how to build a more embodied awareness. Damien’s massage style is slow, intentional, and detail-oriented, allowing for a more nuanced approach to complex issues.
Outside of massage, Damien is a writer, printmaker, and an avid horror movie fan. They are
fluent in Spanish and are currently learning American Sign Language (ASL).
