ABOUT TIM

Tim completed the 2010 Ironman Triathlon in Madison. His athleticism gives him a unique ability to communicate and connect with athletes of all levels. Having experienced the injuries, aches and pains that are part of training allows Tim to effectively apply his in-depth knowledge of bodywork and healing, helping clients reach their fitness and health goals by maintaining alignment and balance in their bodies.

Tim's physical bodywork sessions are rooted in Structural Integration (Rolfing) and Myofascial Release, using a variety of modalities including Deep Tissue and Craniosacral Therapy to create a space of healing and relaxation. He specializes in sports injury & rehabilitation, repetitive stress concerns, chronic pain and structural alignment.

Tim graduated in 1998 from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City, and also holds a Master's of Science from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine.

Very effective, professional, and reasonably priced. Tim spent time talking about where my specific problem areas were and then addressed them effectively. My pain was completely resolved within just a few sessions. I don't generally enjoy massages—I'm looking for help for a problem when I need it. Tim definitely did the job. Highly recommend..
