The focus is on behavioral and lifestyle changes to positively affect long term food habits and health.
- Pre-visit health/diet history
- One full initial assessment: gathering extensive history, discussing goals and obstacles, nutrition education
- Follow-ups every two weeks: providing and adapting a personalized plan for diet, activity, and/or lifestyle changes to achieve your desired short-term and long-term health goals and form lasting habits for life
