INDIVIDUAL NUTRITION COUNSELING

Dietitian provides individualized medical nutrition therapy in a variety of areas, including food allergies and intolerances, IBS, autoimmune conditions, digestive discomforts, GERD, sports nutrition, diabetes, weight loss/gain, vegan/vegetarianism, or just overall healthy living. The focus is on behavioral and lifestyle changes to positively affect long term food habits and health.

  • Pre-visit health/diet history
  • One full initial assessment: gathering extensive history, discussing goals and obstacles, nutrition education
  • Follow-ups every two weeks: providing and adapting a personalized plan for diet, activity, and/or lifestyle changes to achieve your desired short-term and long-term health goals and form lasting habits for life

You'll receive a detailed "cheat sheet" to use when shopping for healthy foods simple and affordable, as well as recipes that include flavorful, healthy versions of the foods you enjoy.
