Yoga Classes -Coming soon!

Yin Yoga

60 minutes

During this class you may hold a yoga pose anywhere from 30 seconds up to 5 minutes. This class will deepen your connection with your body and mind; relaxing the racing thoughts in your head and relieve stress in your body. We will also explore meditation and breathwork practices. As always, listen to your body and take whatever pose your body is asking for to your comfort level.

Vinyasa Yoga

60 minutes

This All-Levels class improves circulation in the body and brings a calming ease to the mind. It's perfect way to end the day after work.
Vinyasa Yoga is creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence.

This class has it all: TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes and more! By combining strength training and cardio, you’ll sweat hard, see results and have fun. The trainer will check form and provide modifications for anyone. Every class features a new, not-to-be-missed workout to keep you challenged.

Functional core

60 min.

This class is a full body strength session with a focus on all of the muscles that control the spine and support our bodies through our every day movements. In this 1hr session we will learn how to safely and efficiently twist, bend, and move through a variety of movements using both our bodies and equipment.

Circuit Training

60 min.

Don't blink or you'll miss it! This fast-paced 60 minute class will keep you on your toes and leave you wondering how the last hour went by so quickly. This class will include a wide variety of movement and various stations. You'll move from one exercise to the next with short rest periods built in to catch your breath.

Qi Gong

60 min.

Qigong is a meditative practice that emphasizes breathwork, mobility, balance, and coordination. Its graceful, flowing movements are coupled with focused breathwork and mindfulness, creating a harmonious union of body and mind.

Whether you are seeking to improve your physical health, reduce stress levels, or enhance your overall vitality, Qigong offers a path toward holistic well-being and inner harmony. All levels of fitness and abilities are welcome in this inclusive and rejuvenating practice.
