About Brian (Rock)

Rock earned his BS in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. He carries multiple fitness certifications including natural movement, and pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise.

He is a husband and father of two and enjoys cooking, the outdoors and roughhousing with his kids as much as possible. Movement is such a huge part of his life that he incorporates his knowledge into his family’s activities at home.
