Alisa is passionate about the healing and transformative power of yoga. Each class she teaches is personalized for the participants’ needs and abilities that day. She will help you improve strength and balance while giving you sequences (stretches and poses) appropriate to your ability level. Beginning yoga students will feel comfortable in her classes as they learn, and those with more experience will be challenged. Alisa is friendly, supportive and positive, and she communicates clearly as she instructs.

Her classes can range from sequences that enhance your strength, flexibility, balance and concentration in dynamic sequences to a more gentle yoga class that combines breath & movement in a supportive and safe environment. She loves collaborating with the students when they walk in the door to curate a custom class that’s specific to the needs of everyone in the room.

She is a firm believer in teaching with intention and empowerment, and offers creative and thoughtful sequences to explore movements in your own way. Yoga is a lifestyle that she wishes to share with others, so she provides many opportunities to connect. Her hope is that her classes and gatherings serve as a healthy way to cope with life’s mysteries.

Alisa is an e-RYT200 level yoga instructor registered and certified with Yoga Alliance. She has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and has taught for 1000 hours.
